We design and manufacture mortar racks for the professional firework trade.

The racks have a common width and slot into studs on a pair of side frames which are of two sizes. The large frame can support up to 8 racks, the small one five. The angle of the racks can be adjusted. All elements of the system are hot-dip galvanised.

The tube sizes are as follows:

50mm 12 tubes straight.

 65mm 10 straight, 7 fanned

75mm 8 straight, 5 fanned

100mm 6 straight, 5 fanned

125mm 5 straight, 3 fanned

Although often requested, we do not make a rack for 150mm. Also, we do not recommend using report shells in the racking system. Please note: Mortar tubes are not supplied.
